Michigan Public Bankruptcy Court Records
There are two bankruptcy court districts in the State of Michigan. And most bankruptcy cases filed prior to 2003 in the western district are archived. If your record is archived, we'll notify you immediately.
Important note about archived records. If you filed your bankruptcy record in the Eastern District of Michigan, all cases prior to 2008 are archived. The court only holds records for 2-3 years.
