There are four bankruptcy districts in the State of New York. And most bankruptcy cases filed prior to 2004 are archived. If your record is archived, we'll notify you immediately.
Important note about Archived bankruptcy records. If you filed in the Eastern district of New York, there is a $40 fee in addtion to the archive fee. Email if you have any questions.
